This final chapter of this good book “Go thunk yourself” by Mr.Robert C.Worstell is about Master Mind.
This gives that elegant finishing touch to our series of chapter from this book which we have seen so far because by far MASTER MIND is the one concept that can really accelerate your success rate as well as give you MASSIVE success that’s not individually possible.
Napoleon Hill, the outstanding self-improvement author of the book “Think and grow rich”, said,
“Successful achievement is the result of power! Power in great quantities can be accumulated only through application of the MASTER MIND PRINCIPLE.”
That goes to show the immense importance of being in a team or having a team which works for a common purpose and strive every single day to achieve it; because only through an organized team which is comprised of like-minded individuals can one achieve far bigger things which are not possible individually.
A person may have been already successful individually but that same person can really do a lot of things in a short span of time, could produce things that are excellent far beyond ordinary standards, develop his/her business to a much bigger level if he/she develops a MASTER MIND GROUP.
THE result would be just stupendous!
The master mind group would go on to achieve large-scale success in the form of good-name, money, satisfaction in life, extreme development, unbelievable achievements, unprecedented milestones, to name a few!!
The starting point of all this is a PURPOSE OR A VISION.
The world respects people with a vision and the drive to realize that vision. So, a person who really wants to succeed at a greater level and who has a purpose which would take everyone involved to bring that vision a reality to the next level, would easily find himself/herself developing a powerful team if he/she tries for it.
Sooner a team of same-minded men and women would come together to make that vision a reality, and in the process getting benefited enormously.
Jesus Christ was the first one to use the MASTER MIND principle. He really made definite use of this NATURAL principle. His disciples trusted in Him and had a harmonious relationship with Him.
Consequently, they did things which are unexplainable!
Likewise, people who are part of teams or groups and strive for a common worthwhile vision would end up improving their own individual values and abilities apart from the fact that they, as a team, do much more things in a relatively shorter span of time.
Successful people always do a lot more tasks and achieve far more things because they are at any point of time not individual but one with many hands and minds—they have group of experts and other men and women who work together like ants. Thus, they would achieve a lot more in a month than an individual in a life-time. A life time? Yes!!
For instance take Bill Gates. He, through his MASTER MIND GROUP, accomplishes magnificent things just in months which he himself wouldn’t be able to do in a lifetime if he were to do it alone!
When all lift the weight it seems weightless. That’s the underlying secret of the MASTER MIND principle.
Many people who are illiterate have used other’s knowledge and experience by forming a team, to establish business kingdoms!

So cultivate a purpose, form a team that is in complete synchronization with one another, and then work each and every day to accomplish this purpose. You’ll soon see that miracles taking place in and through your group! Just don’t forget to compensate your members well.
